"I spoke with a gal named Brenda and she was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and unsympathetic regarding my situation. Absolutely horrible customer service. She was short, to the point, and annoyed by my questions and need for help. This is not a shot at Mikes office but rather one of his helpers. I chose to believe there are better agents there that are more willing to help. Not a very good experience for my first phone call to the office. Do better Brenda."

"A tree fell during a storm and badly damaged our outbuilding. Mike came out immediately to check it out and Elizabeth helped me with the claim from start to finish. The customer service was wonderful and we are so thankful!"

"I have had State Farm for almost 12 years with Bruce Doyle in Columbia IL. Bruce unfortunately retired and my agent was switched to Mike. Mike sends me notice of canceling my policy due to a member of my household having a temporarily suspended license (which as of cancellation has been reinstated for months). You're welcome SF for my 12 years of auto pay and never complaining about the rates. PS Mike you could have had the decency of calling a long standing customer as myself, now I'm just pissed at SF. Sincerely, Sam Turner Swansea IL"

"I moved here from out of state and my rates with Mike Morrill SF increased from just over $100 a mo to over $500 a mo for 3 ppl with GREAT driving records. I do understand that some rate increase was expected, but not hundreds of dollars. So I switched to Progressive and now paying hundreds of dollars less a mo for the same exact coverage that I carried with SF. Finally, although Mike Morrill’s name is on the sign, he is completely unresponsive. My recommendation: Look elsewhere!"
